I'm going to answer this suited best for the Australian audience, who prefer paperbacks like myself. I'm sure your country has to equivalent websites I'm about to suggest.

And you know what-- if you missed out on any great deals, just go to the library. They're pretty cool. And free. Sadly many of mine are shutting down, because apparently "children and teens don't appreciate literature" anymore. But that's a can of worms I'll save for another post. 

Enjoy the last few days of September, be sure to look around. Heaps of stores are on a Spring/Fall (for all you northern hemisphere weirdos) sales.
