Existence (Existence Trilogy #1) by Abbi Glines
4/5 stars.
Judging from the cover, I completely assumed this book would be crap.
I WAS SO WRONG!!!
What a lovely paranormal read!!! I would gladly read it again.
Pagan (name choice, ofc) and Dank (couldn't take it seriously the entire time) were such a well written couple. A blended love story from bits like Mara Dyer, Underneath, and other Hades retellings I've read this year.
This was one of the greater retellings, I must say.
And how the author portrayed the teenagers--- other than 2D and obnoxious like in so many books, I really appreciated that.
THE ENDING. HOW DARE THE AUTHOR GIVE ME THAT CLIFF HANGER...
I need the sequel, STAT!!!
